By creating an account or using Clipsell, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. If you are using Clipsell on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these terms.
Clipsell is an AI-powered video generation platform that converts product photos into short marketing videos. Our service is designed for e-commerce sellers, particularly those selling on Etsy, Shopify, and similar platforms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Clipsell is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
Clipsell operates on a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed upon video generation. Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits on one-time plans do not expire. Monthly subscription credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
All payments are processed securely through Paddle, our payment provider. By making a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's terms of service.
You agree not to use Clipsell to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. You are solely responsible for the product photos you upload and the videos you generate. Clipsell reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You retain full ownership of the product photos you upload. You also own the videos generated from your photos. Clipsell retains ownership of its platform, technology, and underlying AI models. By using Clipsell, you grant us a limited license to process your photos for the purpose of generating your videos.
Your use of Clipsell is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.
Clipsell is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the generated videos will meet your specific requirements. Video quality depends on the quality of the photos you upload.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Clipsell shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Your continued use of Clipsell after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
