If you purchase a credit pack (e.g. Starter — 10 credits) and have not used any credits, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
Once credits have been used to generate videos, those credits are non-refundable. Partial refunds may be issued for the unused portion of a credit pack at our discretion.
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will retain access to your credits until then.
We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription months. If you cancel mid-month, you keep access until the period ends.
If a video fails to generate due to a technical error on our side, the credit will be automatically returned to your account. If the issue persists, contact us and we will investigate and restore your credits.
